CHF International, Ghana is implementing a three-year USAID funded Water Access, Sanitation and Hygiene Programme for the Urban Poor (WASH-UP). CHF International is seeking the services of consultants to undertake the under listed training assignments for Partner CBOs and Public Officials.

Consultancy firms with relevant experience in the WASH sector should submit proposals spelling out their methodology, technical approach and financial proposals. A minimum of two-days should be allocated for each training activity. Two (2) Completed hard copies of Technical and Financial Proposals should be submitted to the address below:

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
CHF International, an international non-profit organization with offices in 23 countries across the World, works with a wide range of organizations to develop systems, policies and practices that increase access to economic opportunities and community services for low income communities.
As part of the start-up process, the Water, Access, Sanitation and Hygiene for Urban Poor (WASH-UP) Extension, Project Management has decided to conduct a baseline study in four new communities in Accra and Sekondi-Takoradi.
Interested consulting firms are therefore invited to submit an expression of interest for conducting the baseline study in 4 WASH-UP Program Communities in AMA and STMA for the period November 12, 2012 to December 14, 2012.Accompanying this EOI are the background information, TOR, and other requirements for the assignment which can be downloaded from this link: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/96815309/TOR%20Baseline%20Survey-WASH%20UP%20Extension.docx
